Our Return Policy

Changed your mind about something? No worries! You've got 28 days to get a refund to your original payment method.

Simply Return your items to the following Address please include your order number and if you require a refund or exchange  :

We understand you might want to try on your item(s) before deciding to keep them or not, but please keep the following in mind:

• Clothes should be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Make sure they're free of any signs of wear, like deodorant marks, aftershave, makeup, or other stains and odours.
• Shoes should also be returned in their original shoe box and any external packaging to avoid any damage to the return. If the shoe box shows signs of damage, we may deduct from your refund.
• Some items can't be refunded for hygiene reasons. This includes underwear and swimwear
  

IMPORTANT: We reserve the right to refuse any returns that are not in line this policy. Returns that do not align with this policy will be offered the opportunity to pay £5.99 for your item(s) to be shipped back to you or your item(s) will be disposed of within 7 days of refusal notification.  

We will issue a refund once your return has been validated. Please allow up to 10 working days for refund to go back onto original card (depending on the bank).
