Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges at the moment.
If you need a different size or colour of an item, you will need to place a new order and return the item that does not fit.

Making sure you get the best possible service is what we do, so if you notice an item on your order is faulty within 28 days of purchasing, please get in contact with our friendly customer service team here prior to returning the item.
They'll then send you a free returns label, making your return easy. Once the item has arrived back at our warehouse, we’ll then be in touch to let you know the next steps.
Please note, if an item has been worn and is being returned as faulty, it may need to be sent back to the manufacturer for inspection.
Just a reminder to include the following information in your email:
- Your order number
- The faulty item name and product number (you can find these on your order slip)
- An image of the faulty item, if you think it will better explain the issue.

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as we can, so you can have your new clothes as soon as possible.
As soon as your order has been received by Royal Mail, you will receive a confirmation text message from your delivery courier where you can track your order.
We offer a range of different delivery options, including next working day delivery, so you can plan your deliveries to suit you.
If you would like your delivery to be sent to a business address / communal area, you need to be confident that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods as the courier will deliver to the place not the person. We cannot be held liable for unclaimed/lost parcels if a delivery has been successfully delivered at the address.
If your order has not arrived when you were expecting it then please check the following:
- Check you have received an order confirmation email from us and check the estimated delivery date given on this.
- Check the tracking link via your order dispatched confirmation email to view the most up to date information on the whereabouts of your parcel.
- Sign in and check your account on the Vault Menswear website. Is your delivery address correct?
- Check for text messages, emails and attempted delivery cards from one of our couriers. Your parcel may be awaiting collection at a local delivery depot or you may need to re-arrange delivery.
- Check no one else residing at your address has taken receipt of your parcel.
