It has always been www.vaultmenswear.com policy to treat our customers in exactly the same way we like to be treated ourselves. We, like most, don't like the sight of small print, but it appears that not only to add to our creditability but to comply with legislation, we are required to offer you our own 'large print' version.

You should note that your statutory rights under the current consumer protection laws are not affected (more probably enhanced). Further information on your legal rights can be obtained from Trading Standards or Citizens Advice Bureau.


Here is a quick glossary of terms and meanings for the Terms and Conditions:

The use of the words we, us or our refers to www.vaultmenswear.com . Words such as you or your refer to the person detailed on the order form.


Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email and order number. A second email will be sent once the item has been dispatched.


We will try and warn all customers of any delays to delivery. This will be done through email or phone where applicable.


We will replace or refund all items within 28 days of the order being placed, provided the following rules are followed.

You have the original order confirmation/receipt of sale documentation.

The item(s) are returned complete, unworn and in the original packaging.

All original tags and labeling are still attached.

We cannot accept underwear returns for hygiene reasons.

When you try the clothing on please refrain from wearing aftershaves or deodorant this will reduce the chance of any scents or marks on the item.


All promotional offers, e.g. free gifts, must be returned in their entirety. Failure to comply may result in you being charged the full price for the items you keep.


Return the unwanted item to www.vaultmenswear.com; order your new item online, upon receipt of the returned item we will refund you immediately.

Return the unwanted item to www.vaultmenswear.com, email, phone or include a note with the returned item giving us details of the new colour, size or style and we will contact you straight away to discuss getting your new item to you. This may incur a postal cost.


Return the unwanted item to www.vaultmenswear.com and we will refund the cost on receipt of the item.

These instructions are written on the reverse of the compliment slip enclosed with your item. For more details feel ring to email us.


Occasionally there may be information on our Sites that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).


www.vaultmenswear.com makes every effort to ensure that this website virus free. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it won't cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the right equipment and anti virus software to use the website and screen out anything that may damage it. Vault Menswear shall not be liable to any person for any loss of or damage to computer equipment which may arise as a result of using this website.


The information collected from you at the time you place an order (on you or those you wish to send a gift to) will be stored in our database and is used purely to carry out your instructions and action your payment. There are no circumstances under which this information might be passed to a third party. It is your responsibility to keep your account details safe and secure.


The price of the Goods shall be the price confirmed by us at the time the order is placed.

While we try to ensure that all prices in our catalogs are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of re-confirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you have already paid for the goods and the order is subsequently cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

In the event that we are unable to supply the Goods at the price, specification or by the delivery date stated in the order, we will where possible notify you of any changes in the price or date and where the Goods ordered are not available we may offer you substitute goods. In the event that the substitute goods are at a different price, you will be asked to re-confirm your order at the new price. You are not obliged to accept any substitute goods and will be entitled to receive a full refund for the Goods which we are unable to deliver.

The price is inclusive of any applicable value added tax (at the rate from time to time in force), and any packaging or delivery costs for which you shall be liable will be confirmed after your order has been placed.


Ordering errors by www.vaultmenswear.com will be subject to a 100% refund or item exchange. Ordering errors by you will be subject to the returns policy shown above.
