Extended Christmas Gift Returns Policy
Items purchased online as gifts from the 1st November 2016 can be returned up until 15th January 2018 for a full refund or exchange. Our standard returns and refund terms and conditions also apply.
28 Day Returns Policy
We will replace or refund all items within 28 working days of you receiving your order and your order returning to us, provided the following rules are followed.
You have the original order confirmation/receipt of sale documentation.
The item(s) are returned complete, unworn and in the original packaging.
All original tags and labelling are still attached.
We cannot accept underwear returns for hygiene reasons.
When you try the clothing on please refrain from wearing aftershaves or deodorant this will reduce the chance of any scents or marks on the item.
If your item(s) return outside the 28 working days policy we can can send you an email Gift voucher to the value of your items for you to spend on our website or you can exchange them for a different size or style by emailing us your request.
All promotional offers, e.g. free gifts, must be returned in their entirety. Failure to comply may result in you being charged the full price for the items you keep.
Return the unwanted item to www.vaultmenswear.com; order your new item online, upon receipt of the returned item we will refund to you immediately.
Return the unwanted item to www.vaultmenswear.com, email, phone or include a note with the returned item giving us details of the new colour, size or style and we will contact you straight away to discuss getting your new item to you. (This may incur a postal cost. )
Simply Want Your Cash Back?
Return the unwanted item to www.vaultmenswear.com within 28 working days and we will refund the cost on receipt of the item. Return postage is to be paid for by the buyer.
Please allow upto 7-14 days for refund to go back onto original card.
