28 Day Returns Policy

If you are not happy with your item(s) we will exchange or refund your item(s) within 28 working days of you receiving your order, provided the following rules are followed:



  • You have the original order confirmation/receipt of sale documentation.

  • The item(s) are returned complete, unworn and in the original packaging.

  • All original tags and labelling are still attached.

  • We cannot accept underwear returns for hygiene reasons.

  • When you try the clothing on please refrain from wearing aftershaves or deodorant this will reduce the chance of any scents or marks on the item.




If your item(s) return outside the 28 working days policy we can offer an online credit to the value of your items for you to spend on our website.


Returns For a Refund
Please return the unwanted item(s) to the address below within 28 working days of receiving your order.
Please include a copy of your original invoice and a note stating you would like a refund.
We will issue a refund once we receive your parcel. Please note return postage is to be paid for by the buyer and all refunds will be minus the original delivery cost.


Please allow up to 10 days for refund to go back onto original card (depending on the bank).

Exchanges

If you wish to return your item(s) for an exchange, you must place another order for the size required and send the unwanted size back for a refund.
Please note we are unable to reserve items for an exchange which is why we require you to place a separate order with us.


Promotional Offer Returns


All promotional offers, e.g. free gifts, must be returned in their entirety. Failure to comply may result in you being charged the full price for the items you keep.
